Profile Description

I worked as a call center agent a few years ago as a customer service
representative and a customer resolution specialist wherein we help our customers regarding their concerns. Like account information, process payment, and basic troubleshooting. My 1st home-based job was as an ESL teacher. I teach basic English to Chinese students. Then I became a lead generator. Pre-qualifying customers who wanted to get an auto warranty. And transfer them to a certain department to explain and process it for them. I worked also as an Email customer service on Shopify. My main role was answering queries of the customer about the products that they ordered. My current job is as a customer service representative and I do data mining for the same client. I can work on a shifting schedule.
