- Prepares bar bending schedule/cutting list for the quantity of structural projects.
- Evaluates billings from subcontractors to constantly monitor project progress.
- Making sure costs of materials are up to date and keeps up with the trend in the industry.
- Gets quotation from potential suppliers and compare the cost and specifications to ensure proper adherence to budget and quality standards.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Coordinates and collaborates with the project manager to stay updated with the site operations.
- Reviews plans and specification to identify potential issues to properly implement corrective measures.
- Making sure subcontractor and the team are on the loop.
