Profile Description

Worked as a customer service representative for a financial account based in Canada. My duty is to support customers by actively listening to their queries and concerns, communicate clearly and be responsive. We determine and then provide the quickest most effective ways to address their problems.
I also worked as a bank teller for a private universal bank in the Philippines. As a bank teller, I have a knowledge in bank standards and processes. I am skilled at receiving and processing bank transactions such as cash and check deposit, withdrawals, encashment, and also upselling/cross selling of our bank products. Afterward I joined a local bank in the Philippines as a Management Trainee where I became well-rounded with the banking operations. Recently, I worked in an international bank as a Financial Market Operations analyst where I handled settlement of FX, Money Market, Derivatives and Fixed Income.
