Profile Description

Customer seevice has been my industry of work since I started working back year Upgrade to see actual infoom BPO (outbound calls) for almost 2 years, shifting to WFH (sales inbound and outbound calls) to being a flight attendant for 5 years ending up in a work from home chat support agent (BPO). Dealing with different types of people and working under pressure has been my everyday life task and a normal thing for me. Aside from my customer service, task managing, I also work on editing videos for my channel- I use different variations of applications like Canva, VN, Kinemaster,Snapseed etc. . Being organized is my strength and weakness at the same. I like to keep things done in a timely manner which makes me anxious if I don’t finish things organized and perfectly. I love doing task during my free time that will benefit my knowledge and skills and will also make me productive, and in return will contribute to my employer’s goal. I am flexible and loves to work with other people, Iam willing to learn and undergo trainings as long as the company needs me to.
