I have 5 years of BPO experience in different roles. I applied in a BPO Company as Customer Associates to a Financial Account, we assist the customer with their credit card transactions or if they had suspicious or fraudulent transaction. Next was Customer Service Representative to a Services Provider based in US. Our role is to provide the right plan and device for the customer. And Process Associate to a Retails Account. I assist District Manager and Store Manager with their back office computer concern, Printer, Internet, and Handheld. We also assist the Store Manager if they had a problem with price changes, deliveries, and other software issues. After that I applied as Appointment Coordinator a it is a freelance and contractual for 5 months. We handled 7 branches in Canada to scheduled an appointment for car maintenance, ordered parts of the vehicle and did an cold calling to remind the customer that their vehicle is due for maintenance. The last role that I applied was Student Enrolment Adviser. We handled inbound to assist the student with their concern and outbound to check how's the student while completing the requirements for the incoming intakes. We also exposed to Live chats, Lead generations and WhatsApp. Having experience in this channel will be easy for me to adjust to a new work environment. Over the years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience to those companies, which I shall bring to your company. I have also worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills, which I will put to use in my future career, hoping to be in your company if given a chance to be selected for the position.
