WHAT I DO: I began my professional journey as a Functional Developer in a corporate setting, where I focused on handling cases and providing support in the Salesforce backend. I was responsible for setting up workflows, creating email templates, and developing a FAQ page within Sales and Service Upgrade to see actual info my current role as a Technical Support analyst, I work remotely and assist clients with analyzing their workday reports to identify relevant new hires for Sales Programs. I organize these new hires into cohorts, assign them appropriate curriculums, and send calendar invites accordingly.

In addition to my client support responsibilities, my team actively monitors various Slack channels. We engage with learners and managers on an external channel, addressing and responding to their requests. We also have an internal team channel where program leads, such as Sales Onboarding trainers, seek assistance in configuring schedules through Event Manager.
