It also captures the division of a specific service according to its billing with pie chart. • Project Mirana Excel macro enable spreadsheet that will identify due tickets/request in a given time range and will create an outlook email that will automatically send the report to desired recipients. • Network Performance Report Formatter A macro-enabled template that automatically sort, filter, scrubbed and format the raw data. • I Can See You A template that houses the history of the details of who, when and what files were opened on a given specific time. • Productivity Hit Dashboard A comprehensive dashboard that shows compliance rating, error percentage, total number of activities and number of incorrect tagging on the productivity tool for each deals/project. • My Report Creator A one-stop template that will create all my reports / dashboard. • Monitoring v2.1 Created a code in an excel spreadsheet wherein upon opening the file, the information of the user will be recorded on the Access Database to monitor who are users opened the file. • Project UNO A one stop excel spreadsheet to generate all of my deliverables. It also has an option to generate a specific report. • VXI QA Audit Userform The requestor will ask for a specific userform based on the line items for their audit that will help them to monitor if all criteria were met by the agents.
