Virtual Assistant/Lead Generation / Appointment Setter
• Conduct outbound calls to
s potential clients Via Batch Dialer for Real Estate campaign (REI). Vici dial CRM for Solar Energy Panel, 360 Google Photography, Financial Management, Credit Repair, Farmers Insurance and Educational campaign.
• Follow up with previously touched potential clients daily until status is determined and documented. •
• Conduct cold calling to potential sellers to get prospect leads and set an appointment to a designated client for each account..

• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
• Processes customer orders/ changes according to established policies & procedures
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Sales and Retention
• Deliver world-class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty • Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions to retain customer’s account active
• Increase the customer experience by providing information on new products, rate plans, and services through up-selling opportunities
Email and Chat Support
• Answering customer’s inquiries from the website by sending emails via outlook
• Chatting or answering the customers’ inquiries real-time thru the messaging platform, both the social media apps or from their online accounts
Complaints Manager
• Managing customers ' recorded dissatisfaction via chat, call, or SMS. • handles the complaint solely thru Salesforce to offer better options or alternatives to resolve the complainants' issues
•Tasks to exhaust all options to make the complainant an advocate again.
