I have been a customer service representative from 2018 to 2021, and a virtual assistant since  2021. I come from a solid Customer Service background with a strong interest in property management and a passion towards human interaction. I excelled as phone and chat support and  was promoted to be a team manager.
 As a virtual assistant and a Co-host for a property manager, I am experienced in using  Guesty, Hospitable, HostAway, Lodgify, and other property management platforms like Vrbo, airbnb, and Upgrade to see actual info. 
I enjoy learning and it's important for me to continually grow and develop professionally. I work calm and composed under pressure, and I pride myself in my integrity and my reputation to provide quality work and produce a positive return of investment for the people that I work for.
