I also completed the academic requirements for a Master's Degree in Statistics at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology. I also earned 54 units for the Lyceum of Alabang's Second Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management. My educational background has equipped me to be a valuable member in the areas of Real Estate and Statistics, as well as in Research making me proficient at gathering, organizing, analyzing, tabulating, charting, and interpreting data using several statistical programs including SPSS, R, and Microsoft Office. My love for real estate inspired me to obtain an accreditation in the Philippines. I also established my own small real estate firm named LMVN Realty Services, where I honed my social media management skills, did real estate editing using Canva and Capcut, promoted real estate services through the Facebook market, Instagram, and etc. I also have experience as a real estate virtual assistant based in London, United Kingdom, where my roles include advertising properties, answering calls, assisting customers, responding to email inquiries, and CRM.
