Profile Description

I have 5 years of service in the field of Customer Service. I worked for one of the biggest Contact Center in the Philippines which is Transcom and 24-7 intouch, I am capable of handling different lines of business for customer service support, technical support, financial accounts, inbound and outbound sales ,account management, Chat and email support. I’ve worked as a support Ambassador for Airbnb for almost 7 months but I dUpgrade to see actual info to resign because my previous employer asked their employees to go back working onsite. I have all the experience and knowledge when it comes to handling Airbnb, from the process and policies down to the smallest details. I have part time experience as a virtual assistant for Real estate company where we setup appointments and call possible leads. I am fast learner, I can easily adapt to any changes. I can work with minimum to no supervision.
