I have extensive experience using platforms like Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHero, and Amazon Seller Central to manage various aspects of e-commerce, from order fulfillment and tracking to inventory management and customer service. Shopify: I’ve been managing orders and fulfilling shipments via Shopify, ensuring that tracking information is updated and customers receive timely notifications. I’m experienced in handling order cancellations and issuing refunds directly from the Shopify dashboard. I also regularly upload product images, manage product listings, and update inventory to reflect accurate stock levels. In addition, I’ve worked with apps to create product bundles, offering promotions and discounts to customers. ShipStation: I’ve used ShipStation to streamline shipping and fulfillment. I integrate it with my Shopify and Amazon accounts to process and print shipping labels quickly. I’ve set up automation rules to save time and ensure that customers get updates on their orders. I also manage tracking and returns via ShipStation, keeping everything organized and ensuring the process runs smoothly. ShipHero: I rely on ShipHero for warehouse management and order fulfillment. It helps me manage inventory, process orders, and track stock levels in real-time. I’ve used ShipHero to fulfill orders, generate shipping labels, and update order statuses across multiple platforms. Additionally, I’ve worked with ShipHero to create bundles, streamline picking and packing, and ensure efficient warehouse operations. Amazon Seller Central: I have experience managing both FBA and MFN orders on Amazon Seller Central. For FBA, I track inventory levels, create shipments to Amazon's fulfillment centers, and ensure everything is updated properly in Seller Central. For MFN, I handle my own fulfillment, managing order tracking, cancellations, and refunds according to Amazon's guidelines. I’m also experienced in uploading product images and optimizing listings for better visibility on Amazon.
