During my time as a stay-at-home mom, I honed numerous valuable skills that are directly transferable to the workplace. I became a master of multitasking, organization, and time management while balancing the needs of my family and household. I also developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through nurturing relationships, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with various individuals, such as teachers, doctors, and other parents.

Prior to taking time off to raise my child, I had a successful career in the BPO industry for 8 years as a customer care professional and team leader, working with 2 top financial institutions in the US (Equifax and American Express). I handled both customer service and supervisory calls which helped me develop my call-handling skills such as empathy, active listening, clear communication, patience, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude which later on I was also able to use as a mother. And as a team leader, I developed collaboration and delegation skills that helped me work with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers harmoniously, with open communication and respect. I had handled both consumer and business clients which equipped me to have a solid foundation in customer service.

While I may have temporarily stepped away from the workforce, I have remained proactive in keeping up with industry trends and advancements. I have continuously sought out opportunities for professional development, attending webinars, reading industry publications, and expanding my knowledge through online courses.

I am now actively seeking opportunities to reenter the workforce and contribute my talents to an organization/individual that values dedication, adaptability, and strong work ethics. And to be able to work at home would be the perfect stepping stone for me to start a new career without compromising my time in raising my family. I am confident that my experience as a stay-at-home mom, combined with my previous professional background, will enable me to make a positive impact and quickly integrate into any team.
