My most previous experience is that I get to utilize Alibaba by inquiring about various products under different categories and variations. In my experience, I communicated with over a thousand suppliers using Alibaba and using it as a main product sourcing site in my past job. I've built connections and good relationships with Chinese suppliers in which I get good deals and make negotiations better and more effective. I've worked with different and diverse Alibaba suppliers in regard to communicating the details of the product as well as arranging sample requests and bulk order requests from our client. I keep a record of the transactions and negotiations which will be helpful in negotiating further and having a good deal and relationship with the suppliers. Along with communicating with the suppliers, I've also worked with different freight forwarders with regard to the sample order or even in handling bulk orders from clients. I am also tech-savvy, I have a background in email management, social media management, basic excel, basic photo, and video editing, and basic bookkeeping. I can do multiple tasks that were given to me and I value the quality of my work for that will benefit, not just my personal growth, but also you, my client. Additional information is that I handled an e-commerce account in which I helped in searching keywords using tools and writing SOPs for the workflow on sourcing. I've also worked on the business's social media in which I edited short clip videos to promote the client's website and items.
I also have an experience in product sourcing in which I contacted suppliers directly and arranged samples up until working on doing the bulk orders for the client. This helps my negotiating skills, communication skills, and my effectiveness in working with people outside my workplace which is the suppliers.
