I have 8+ years solid work experience in working with fast-paced multinational companies (US & EU) in the shared service and BPO industry. My previous experience involves a lot of administrative and bookkeeping/ accounting tasks, as well as heavy daily virtual communications and assisting with stakeholders globally.
How can I help you?
1. Email Management:
- check and monitor emails
- categorize urgent and important emails
- pre-draft responses
- respond to emails on your behalf
2. Calendar Management:
- set-up or organize meetings or video conferences
- contact and remind participants for attendance
- take down notes, send and follow-up minutes-of-meetings
- create to-do-list
3. Admin support:
- prepare/create PowerPoint presentations for meetings discussion
- create reports (experienced in excel formulas like vlook-up, pivot, and graphs)
- support in keeping track of projects and team tasks and deliverables
- create and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedures or Desktop Procedures)
- create and update training materials and conduct trainings
- organize, archive, and save files or documents
4. Bookkeeping / Accounting:
- data entry / record receivables and payables
- billing of invoices and collection of overdue payments
- accounts reconciliation
- maintenance or review of customer and vendor subledgers
- be on top, monitor, address, resolve issues
