- take down notes, send and follow-up minutes-of-meetings

3. Admin support:
- prepare/create PowerPoint presentations for meetings discussion
- create reports (experienced in excel formulas like vlook-up, pivot, and graphs)
- support in keeping track of projects and team tasks and deliverables
- create and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedures or Desktop Procedures)
- create and update training materials and conduct trainings
- organize, archive, and save files or documents
4. Bookkeeping / Accounting:
- data entry / record receivables and payables
- billing of invoices and collection of overdue payments
- accounts reconciliation
- maintenance or review of customer and vendor subledgers
- be on top, monitor, address, resolve issues
