Profile Description

As a Credit Card Repair Specialist

I am responsible for managing and resolving disputes related to credit card transactions and may involve regular interactions with customers, merchants, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or written correspondence. 
Investigating and resolving disputes initiated by cardholders regarding unauthorized transactions, billing errors, or other issues related to credit card transactions. 
Work closely with cardholders, merchants, financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
Investigate and analyze dispute claims filed by cardholders to determine the validity of claims and the appropriate course of action. 
Gather and review supporting documentation such as transaction records, receipts, and communication logs to substantiate or refute disputed transactions. 
Correspond with cardholders, merchants, and financial institutions via phone, email, or written correspondence to gather information, provide updates, and resolve disputes effectively. 
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the dispute resolution process. 
Negotiate with merchants and financial institutions to reach mutually acceptable resolutions for disputed transactions, including refunds, chargebacks, or  credits. 
Maintain detailed records of dispute cases, including investigation findings, correspondence, and resolution outcomes, in accordance with record-keeping requirements. 
Assist cardholders with inquiries related to dispute claims, provide guidance on dispute procedures, and address concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner.
Communication skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complains
 Reasoning Skills:
Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct
Ability to remain flexible to adapt to changes in the work environment
