I worked as a customer service/technical support representative. I was with AT&T; our scope of support is assisting customers with cable issues. Additionally we also scheduled a technician visit. I've also assisted with warm transfer calls for homeowners and auto insurance. I also have Real estate cold calling experience wherein we called homeowners if they are interested in selling their property.
