It has become almost an urge, and it pains me to see that there are a lot of published works out there, whether these are books, articles or blog posts, full of overlooked grammar mistakes, spelling errors and misused punctuation. I also have an extensive experience in Technical and Customer Service support from various call center jobs supporting various lines of businesses.
