I’m currently visiting Canada. Most of the works that I did were in the BPO Industry. I've handled accounts based in the US. I was able to do emails, calls and chats. The US based accounts that I've handled made me familiar with different platforms and tools that honed my skills to work remotely. I was able to be familiar with Zendesk and different communication platforms such as Slack, Zoom and Teams. 

I was able to handle Customer Service of Macy's Online and The Black Tux Rental, Sirius XM Radio Subscription and Sprint/Tmobile where I was a Technical Support. The most recent company I worked with was at Accenture where I was a Customer Service Associate at Accenture handling travel insurance under AIG Travelguard. 

I handled a lot of client inquiries in my position, processing orders, providing product details, and resolving problems. I have experience with a variety of CRM and customer service technologies to guarantee accurate and timely responses. I was able to handle difficult client situations with professionalism, compassion, and empathy thanks to my great problem-solving abilities, which led to high customer satisfaction ratings. 

My cultural awareness and adaptability have improved because of working with US-based accounts. My familiarity with American business processes and cultures enables me to navigate and efficiently handle the problems that may occur when providing services to this market. I have no trouble meeting deadlines, working in a fast-paced workplace, and juggling conflicting objectives. Thank you for your time and consideration.
