I am in the BPO industry for 13 years already.
I am a fast learner specially on new tools.
I tend to adopt easily to new processes too.
My best skill is that I do not want to have something in my bucket.
I want the job done as soon as I can without sacrificing the quality of work.
I am currently working for Schneider Electric as a NAM Service Bureau Representative.
I am one of the top performers on our team.
My responsibility is to make sure that the customer will get the service that they purchased (contract) for after hours.
I also dispatch technicians to customers based on the product that needs the service.
Prior to that, I was with the Account Management Team.
This is an Order Management team, and I interact with Distributors.
The largest Distributor account that I handled was Ingram Micro.
I answer their pre-booking query like Price, Availability and Freight Quote.
During booking, I only reach out to them in case there is a backordered unit, or a discrepancy in the PO.
Post booking, I make sure that the orders are delivered on Upgrade to see actual info case there is an uncontrollable disaster, I make sure to provide solutions that will keep both parties happy and satisfied.
I am working for this company for 10 years now.
Before Schneider Electric, I worked with a Telecommunications account, Telstra.
I was the first Siebel Coach of the year.
My role was to guide the dealers on entering orders using the new system.
Prior to that, I was taking calls from dealers who needs a new phone line and/or modification on their customer's accounts.
Before that, I was on the Dealer Provisioning team, and we receive POs via email and process the dealer's request.
I may not have all the knowledge in every tools you need me to be an expert to, but I can make sure that I can handle all the things you will entrust me.
