Profile Description

I am an Amazon Virtual Assistant seeking a full-time position in the field of Amazon e-commerce where I can apply my knowledge and skills and help Amazon Store Owners grow and expand their business.

I have extensive knowledge in the following. I am confident that I know the following tools and essential tasks to deliver your requirements. 

Product Listing Creation (manual creation and variations setup through flat and bulk files)

Product Listing Debugging (addressing all Amazon listing errors, maintaining Seller Central Account health, addressing Search Suppressed listings, and reinstating removed detail pages through writing appeals, creating cases, and contacting Amazon Seller Support)

Product Listing Optimization (through manual backend editing, bulk & flat file uploads, A+ Content, Brand Story, Storefront, Title, Bullets, Keywords & Descriptions for both Seller & Vendor Central)

SEO / Keyword Research (using tools such as Helium 10, Cerebro, Magnet, Frankenstein, ChatGPT, Google Spreadsheet & DataDive to create listing titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords that will compete and rank higher than your competitors)

Customer Service (Monitoring & replying to Amazon account messages from Amazon US & EU Upgrade to see actual infoetplace , processing refunds and MCFs)

Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes, complete with visuals and video tutorials for clear and easy comprehension.

I am educated and trained, and I have successfully completed the ASVA Masterclass. This comprehensive training program in the Philippines covers the A-Z of being an Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant.
