I am from Cebu, Philippines. Currently, I am looking for a full-time job that not only helps me to earn more financially but also helps me to grow more in terms of my skills, ability, and character. I am a goal-oriented person so I can attest that every time we have a goal that needs to be accomplished, rest assured that it will be done in no time. Based on my work experiences, I could proudly say that I worked professionally with companies giving my best and exceeding the goals that we need to achieve that are given. I can submit myself to do tasks with the skills that I have listed below:
- Customer Service Support (Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls)- Email Ticketing Support (FreshDesk, Zoho Desk, and Zendesk)- Administrative Tasks (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Drive, Google Workspace, etc.)- Data Entry (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)- Transcription- Inbox, Calendar, and Email Management. I just also recently left my last corporate job which is at AIrbnb for being a Case Resolutions 1 and 2 Manager, and even upskilled on Dedicated Managed Host Support, of which I had for 2 years mainly supporting Hosts about disputing claims may it be reviews from guests or refunds/payouts, I am expertise with this.
