I was recently employed as a dispute intake analyst in a prepaid banking account at a local BPO company. My job description allowed us to take information regarding unauthorized transactions under our customer's banking accounts and to consider all possible reasons as to how the transactions were made. We file disputes for customers and provide information on how the dispute process will take place.
I also handled different accounts/programs on other BPO companies and have experience handling telco sales accounts, Telco customer service representative, chat support and tech support in my 6 years in the industry. I have confidence in my acquired skills and knowledge on how to handle customers on a daily basis and to provide accurate information and to provide as much assistance to customers as possible as well as working with teammates.
