**Amazon Customer Service Representative:** For almost two wonderful years, I was part of the Amazon team, where I got to help customers with everything from resolving issues to processing orders and sharing product info. It was such a rewarding experience!
**Healthcare Specialist/Advocate:** Since 2018, I’ve found my passion in the healthcare field, working closely with different healthcare accounts. I’ve loved assisting patients and providers with things like insurance claims, and answering questions. My work has really focused on creating smooth and supportive interactions in the healthcare space.
I’m so excited to spread my wings even further! I really believe there’s so much more I can explore beyond just customer service, and I can’t wait to dive into new experiences and learn more online. Let’s connect and support each other along the way!
