Hello. My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I have been a customer service support for four years and would like to be expert in Virtual Assistance. I have experience in assisting clients of Sky Broadband in United Kingdom regarding their internet connection whether chat or voice calls. The most recent customer service experience that I had was with Intralinks – a virtual data room company based in the US, assisting clients of different nationalities with their accounts for security or even technical issues inside the platform. I am currently working as an Administrative Aide for the government doing office works and handling people’s concerns.
I am very much determined to learn new skills and ideas as I am passionate in assisting clients and provide good customer service.
