Profile Description

I can work with little or no supervision. I'm very keen on details as this is needed in my previous and current work. I'm flexible. I can adapt easily to new tasks and environments. I handle a team that focuses on communicating with the clients thru phone and email, collecting and encoding data that is needed to generate our monthly revenue. Data analysis is one of my main tasks. I analyze the team's monthly performance and give input on how to improve it. I also report and present our team's weekly performance. 

I've been working for over ten years, and one of my primary responsibilities is data entry and order processing. I have used Salesforce CRM to store and save data from new clients, order details such as product ID number, quantity, price, and so on. I also use ERP to process orders saved in CRM. I also use Excel and Google Sheets to store data and information.
