My last role is a Verizon Sr. Client Service Manager, I’m the primary point of contact to Verizon Business Clients. We basically handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for improving customer services, train other client services staff, authorize refunds on products, maintain business relationships with existing clients, and bring new clients on board. We also set up a business review to help the client understand their Financial and Business status with Verizon.
