I am a certified Expert Virtual Assistant/ Data Entry/ Customer Support / Admin Professional with years of experience in Microsoft Office mainly in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word. I have good writing skills sufficient to compose and edit a variety of documents using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation with the ability to pay close attention to detail and proofread work carefully. I also have good keyboarding skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. I’m very experienced in working in a computerized office environment with word processing, database, and spreadsheet skills sufficient to prepare reports, forms, statistical/technical, etc. with speed and accuracy including the willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a resource provide customer service in a courteous manner and work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization. I am very keen on details, I manage time efficiently and I give my full effort in everything that I do.

With my past experiences being a home-based employee, I was able to handle Magento, WordPress, MailChimp, Zopim Live Chat, Google Drive, Insightly, and Trello. Did some online payment/refund processing on Paypal, eBay, and
Merchant Warrior. I did e-commerce through eBay, Shopify, Amazon & Amazon Central, and through a website.  Along with that, I did order fulfillment and drop shipping through National Product Fulfillment PTY LTD and PikPak (Australia), Carroll's Freight Transport (NZ), and Email based order processing. I have also worked in the BPO Industry for almost 5 years as a technical/ customer support representative for a Telecom and Logistics company and a collections agent. I also used Airtable, JIRA, Zendesk, Quickbooks Slack, Amazon S3, and Sharepoint for cloud sharing. I was able to learn how to use Clickfunnel Email Sequence on Converkit, Robly, Constant Constant, Basecamp and made live events on Eventbrite and Meetup as well. I have managed Facebook, LinkedIn accounts, and delegated Gmail accounts as well. 

I have 16 years of professional experience under my plate from different fields. I have years of experience in the BPO industry where I worked as a CSR, Tech support, and collections agent. I also worked office-based Admin Officer for a marketing company. After having 2 kids, I dUpgrade to see actual info to stay at home and still be productive that is when I started my online journey as a Project Manager and Customer Service Representative for a tech company based in the US. I assisted in website development and creating marketing campaigns for the clients. Then I moved on to a different company where I worked in Sales & Customer Service for an online furniture shop based in Australia. I was also handling E-commerce, inventory, and order processing and fulfillment and I was with them for more than 2 years. From there, I dUpgrade to see actual info to go to Dubai to look for a greener pasture. There, I worked as an Admin Manager for 3 years and while working full time, I also did part-time work as a VA and Executive Assistant for a Web Development company for 8 months. I am also a freelance instructor of Tagalog and English Language in Dubai and working currently as a full-time VA for a Consulting Company based in the US.
