Profile Description
I worked as a Transaction Coordinator in a Real Estate Company based in Florida. I oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. I coordinate to escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes. I also coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
I am responsible in submitting all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. I coordinate moving schedules. I do scheduling, coordinating & attending closing process. I input all client information into client database system.
