As an Executive Assistant to Finance Director for almost 5 years, my main role is to manage and organize her daily calendar. Acts as point of contact between the Director and Accounting Staff and other external internal/external clients. I also do personal errands for her. I am also in-charge of initial checking of the financial documents for her final approval. I also do basic accounting. I also do research for her.
As a Purchasing Staff, I single-handedly run purchasing for the company. I was in-charge of the end-to-end process of the department, from canvassing of prices to delivery and inventory monitoring.
