Profile Description

Most of my work experience is from the BPO industry where I used to be a Customer service and technical support associate. I was either on the phone assisting the customers or I was responding to emails, both customer requests, and escalations. During the pandemic, I grabbed the opportunity of learning the Spanish language and it has been 3 years that I'm continuously learning the language and hopefully, I will be able to use it in my future employment.
Alongside these exceptional work experiences, I had the opportunity to work as a VA and a Quality Assurance Analyst and I can say that I have learned a lot from those experiences that helped me grow professionally and personally. I have observed that I can swiftly adapt to career and work changes and I like challenges that motivate me to improve my work routine.
Aside from work, in my time, I like to paint and write content about mental health and psychology. I also write poetry and short stories, most especially when I am inspired. I love to travel and spend vacations on a beach while reading a book and having a glass of margarita on the side.
