I'm a highly skilled Bookkeeper, AP and AR Analyst for more than 6 years and I am a Certified QBO and Xero advisor. In addition to this, I am knowledgeable to different tools like Google suites, Slack, V-look up functions, Zoom and etc.
In line with my bookkeeping career, I've experienced to handle US based clients. I've started as an entry level bookkeeper where I am responsible to provide end to end accounting services. Basically from recording of deposit and expense transaction, recording of large number of invoices and bills, recording of payroll, inventory management, recording of simple journal entries like accruals and amortization, reconciliation of bank accounts, monitoring of AP/AR Aging Reconciliation up to the preparation of Financial Reports.
Then, as a Senior Bookkeeper, I am responsible on the daily review of day to day recordings of financial transactions recorded by a group of accountants and provides supervision on any accounting matters. I am also responsible with the direct communication to the business owners and accountants of the clients and maintains there process documentation for the reference of everyone. In addition to this, I have knowledge with US tax filing such as the preparation of 1099 working paper and filing.
I've worked also as AP Analyst in a multinational company for 2 years where I was assigned in Accounts Payable department. I experience a lot of AP related processes like, approvals of Purchase Orders, recording of local and imported bills using SAP software, assisting in budget preparation, vendor/suppliers bidding and educating employees with payable processes and local taxes.
