Profile Description

I have been a collection assistant to one of the largest
banks in the Philippines. I was a recovery assistant for personal loans and
repossessor for auto loans in Philippine Savings Bank for five years and seven years,
respectively. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery
of high standards service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
My
expertise is to ensure that all processes/
transactions / targets/ decisions adhere to established Bank policies and that
required turnaround time are met. Also to review, reconcile and adjust
technical past due accounts. Attending client’s concern through phone call or
face to face conversation.

Regularly reviewing list of accounts for my assignment to
strategize, implement and to successfully recover payments or collateral
vehicle.

Conducting field visits in client’s given address/es and other
possible leads to establish, negotiate and recovery of collateral vehicle

Coordination with court Sheriff for implementation and recovery
of collateral vehicle for accounts with filed case.

Coordination with other Bank units to submit liquidation of
expenses, reimbursements and allowances.
