I've been in the Customer Service Industry for 5 years with significant experience with phone, email, and chat support. I have worked with different products and services attending to customers' needs and concerns, supporting US-based accounts such as a transportation company app, travel site, digital satellite entertainment service provider, e-commerce, and as a Back Office Representative for an interior design account, assigned to the Logistics department and tasked to book shipments and data entry.

Providing quality service is essential to an organization's growth and this is definitely what I can bring to the table.
