After my training in SMM, I offered pro bono services as the Social Media Manager for Mackintosh Corporation to apply the skills I had learned. I optimized their Facebook page, created content calendars, handled content creation, and designed graphics. As a result, engagement was boosted and potential clients were attracted.

I also had an internship as an Executive Assistant, where I was honored to be selected as a team leader. I managed calendars, project management, travel management, event management, email and file management, and expense management, and was awarded as an outstanding intern.

Most recently, I worked at FloraUpgrade to see actual infonts, where I handled customer communication, resolved issues, managed inbound and outbound calls, Shopify orders, emails, and chat support, ensuring exceptional service.

We process the transaction files from the LGU that contain the names of farmers who are qualified to receive vouchers using Excel and the rice program system. After processing the vouchers and distributing them to the farmers who can claim the voucher, the merchants who received the voucher from the farmer will send us a list of all the vouchers collected from the farmers. We will then proceed to liquidate and pay the merchant. Once we have liquidated all the vouchers, we will scan the vouchers as proof that they have been liquidated and that there is no remaining balance. In RSBSA, we randomly check the farmers in the system and compare the documents sent by the farmers to ensure that the information matches what was encoded by the encoder to avoid discrepancies. This is to ensure data quality.
