Profile Description

 I am excited to be working for you in any positions available. I have more than 12 years of experience in the call center industry (BPO) and I was once a Team Manager / Operations Manager. I also worked as a VA for different fields such us real estate, SEO (Cold Calling), Customer Retention, Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales and 401k Financial Management.

As a team manager or operations manager, one of our tasks is to ensure our staff is always up to date with the process, thus we regularly create process upskilling presentations and do regular upskill training to continuously develop their skills. In the event that we are approaching peak seasons (October - December) and trainers are not available, we are also ask to train new hires and onboard them to be ready in taking calls for customer service and billing.
With 12 year’s experience in the BPO, I was trained for different processes such as Lean Six Sigma, 4 Disciplines of Execution, EOS (The 6 key components of business), effective coaching and communications, RCA tools, Quality tools and many more.

In my previous role as a Team Manager with Support Ninja, I was responsible for managing 15-20 teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and working with 3 Team Leads or Subject matters. I work with the team to ensure we are exceeding client metrics or KPI. I was also responsible for creating multiple performance dashboards and ensuring KPIs are regularly monitored and shared with both the team and the clients.

I have also worked in several technical support & customer service (Retention and Retirement 401k included) roles over the years prior to my current role, allowing me to develop excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. I am proficient in software including, but not limited to, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Upgrade to see actual info various other Google Office Tools.

I've also had almost 2 years of experience working as an executive assistant from a client who is based in Miami Florida and did pretty much everything such as cold calling, simple social media management, appointments etc.

I've also worked for an Australian Campaign to offer SEO services (Digital Marketing) and Check SMEs who are interested in having their own websites setup or improving the rankings of their websites for better traffic. SMEs are based in Victoria. (Cold calling and appointment setting to our closers for presentation)
