Profile Description

- Bookkeeping tasks for clients (Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks and manual Excel worksheets)
- Enter bank statement transactions and post these into Xero, MYOB and QBO
- Reconciliation of Bank Feeds in Xero, QBO and MYOB
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and other statements analysis for client to review
- Prepare and finalise BAS and IAS statements for clients
Dealing with payroll in Xero
- Utilises ATO portal for clients
- Invoicing clients, data entry of clients information
- other administration and accounting tasks advised by clients assigned to me
- Responsible for preparing BAS, IAS, bookkeeping procedures, and general administrative/ad hoc tasks
- Process of data within Xero, MYOB, Xero Practice Manager, BAS, IAS, AP, AR, Payroll, including processing pay runs.
- Retrieve data from various government portals and input them into required software to assist managers with various functions including tax returns, forecasts, and others.
- Send out client bank feed data reports to the client as instructed every month.
- Assist with the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
- Assist with the preparation of Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
- Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments that is being worked on
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Organize and update financial records as needed (digital) for tax purposes.
