After that, I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and has been in that stint for 3 years, wherein, I do meetings with clients for the project provided and do live monitoring for the agents.

Then I worked with JPMorgan & Chase bank as a customer service representative for 8 years, I assisted customers with their personal banking questions and their everyday finances and expenses. Then, I transferred to a different department as a Merchant service representative, a technical support representative to help out with their Point-of-sale terminals, funding and transactions with their businesses.
