I've been troubleshooting in the telecom sector for a number of years. I enjoy talking with clients, getting them what they need, and providing top-notch support. I recently switched careers and work for a travel agency. I phone hotels to make sure the reservation is ready and that the client's request was met. I also worked in sales as well; we made outgoing calls, sometimes known as cold calls, to offer a range of services related to home, auto, health, MCA and other areas.
I am currently handling home insurance right now. I spent two years starting out as a customer service representative, helping consumers with any kind of request, including cancellation, endorsement, and general inquiries. After receiving apromotion, I was transferred to the Associate Accounts Manager position. In this role, I support the Licensed Sales Agent in obtaining a pre-quote and comparing the home's rate with several local carriers. I also ensure that all details, including the type of construction, exterior walls, policy type, and dwelling coverage, are reasonable given the price our client or customer paid for their home.
I am conversant with a variety of messaging interfaces, soft phones, and CRMs.
