In my previous roles, I proofread by checking for correct grammar, proper term usage, and ensuring coherence and cohesion, without using formal proofreading techniques. I have applied this skill in academic activities such as research.

My previous client’s company operated multiple Amazon stores, and part of my role was managing email accounts for various brands and stores (mainly for Customer Support). Although Amazon wasn’t the primary platform for customer communication, my work gave me some familiarity with its interface, including ASINs, A+, e-gift cards, and more.

I can perform basic video editing, including trimming, splitting, and merging clips, though my experience with video editing apps is still limited. I am detail-oriented when it comes to editing, always ensuring smooth continuity and coherence between clips. I can usually navigate simpler video editing apps with ease for these tasks. I frequently edited AVPs, short films, and other video content as part of my academic requirements in both high school and college.

I frequently edited short films as part of my academic requirements in both high school and college. Last June 2024, I took on the role of the Master Editor for our 15-minute film, Dinner is Served. In addition to overseeing the entire project alongside the Director, I created the offline draft and contributed to the sound design. I can perform basic audio-to-text transcription using direct listening and typing, without relying on formal transcription mechanics. I have applied this skill in previous academic activities, such as research.

With my knowledge of English grammar, translating texts from English to Filipino (vice-versa) is manageable while maintaining coherence and cohesion. I have applied this skill in previous academic activities.

Google Sheets was one of the primary tools used during my previous VA role. I am familiar with navigating and utilizing many of its features, including working with basic formulas.
