Profile Description

I worked as a Freelancer for three years and later on joined the BPO/Call Center Industry. I am currently on my 4th year of being a customer service representative and I wish to go back to Freelancing so I can work at the comfort of my home. I have handled different roles specifically on customer service. The campaigns I were able to do while freelancing are the following:

Debt Management PPI claims
Travel and Tours
Solar
Home Insurance
Real state appointment setting

When I joined the BPO Industry, I was given a chance to work for AT&T as a billing, sales and retention representative. I can do phone, chat and email support.
I have the necessary skills and experiences that a job requires. I am used to working in a fast-paced environment and I see this as an advantage for the company since I can be flexible in any aspect for the job. I can guarantee that I will work effectively with minimal supervision considering the knowledge and expertise I have gained from the previous companies I worked with. I am looking into self-progress in my career and am determined to commit in working for the company for as long as I can.
