I began my career journey at the age of 18 in a BPO company, where I specialized in handling customer inquiries for a U.S.-based flower shop to finally landing a career at a US-based lifestyle subscription company. This experience taught me the invaluable lesson of the significance of training and mastering the tools of the trade. It instilled in me the value of going the extra mile and practicing patience, skills that have been instrumental in my subsequent career endeavors.

The DevOps team, short for Developer Operations, is dedicated to ensuring the reliability and top-notch quality of applications crafted by developers using our client's technology. We maintain close collaboration with various internal teams at our client's organization, including Partnerships, Policy, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering. Our key objectives are to harmonize our practices and objectives with those of the developers for each application we oversee. This involves conducting meticulous manual reviews of privacy policies, technical aspects of applications, websites, gaming apps, and brand canvas apps. Our primary goal is to guarantee the delivery of a high-quality and efficiently optimized system for users.
