I've worked at home as a Virtual Assistant for almost 10 years and had almost two years experience with outsourcing companies. I also worked before as a technical chat support agent. I'm also a data entry specialist that handles web based administration, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google docs and any email related works.
