Profile Description

I have graduated 2 years in college took up Associate in Computer Technology. I can say that I am tech savy and have knowledge when it comes to computer technology. I also have skills in using MS Applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I have a typing speed not less than 40wpm. With my English fluency, I have took up TOEIC examination with level B2 (upper independent English level). I can say that I am advanced, more independent and can communicate easily and spontaneously in a clear and detailed manner. With my work experiences, I have been into a BPO industry for more than 5 years, 3 years in a customer service role, 2 years in Sales and almost a year as  Technical Support Representative. I have such skills in a customer service role, I can do voice service, email service and chat service efficiently.
I can even do the customer service task for three channels or support at a time. With that range of experiences, I can say that I have all the skills and knowledge to be an excellent support to you. I am a flexible person and I can easily adapt to any changes or even to a new work load. You won't regret if you choose to have me.
