With prior experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative, I am currently working for a provider of online training services. My role involves addressing queries and technical issues via email and chat, along with handling customer engagement and marketing tasks. This includes creating marketing emails, email automation, email campaigns SMS marketing newsletters, mailshots, and social media graphics and content creation to attract and engage customers, driving traffic to the website.
Additionally, I have experience in blog creation and developing landing pages. In my current role, I also serve as the admin officer and assist with recruitment. Working in a small organisation, I am accustomed to taking on multiple roles as needed.
