I have experience using Google Workspace for both personal and professional tasks, which has given me a strong understanding of tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. I’m confident in using these tools to manage workflows, organize documents, and collaborate effectively.

I have basic accounting knowledge and practical experience from my previous role, where I was responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and yearly reports. Since this was within a small company setup, I had the opportunity to handle various tasks, which helped me develop attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. While my experience is from a smaller scale operation, I’m confident in my ability to adapt and contribute effectively.
Experience: Less than 6 months
While I’m new to social media management, I’ve completed training in this area and am actively building my skills. Along with my formal training, I’ve gained hands-on experience managing my own social media, which has taught me a lot about content creation, engagement, and strategy. I’m eager to put these skills into practice in a professional setting, bringing creativity, strategy, and a fresh perspective to support your social media goals

My experience in the call center industry has strengthened my communication skills, particularly in English and Filipino. I’m confident in effectively conveying information, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional interactions in both languages.
