Admin Officer & Call center Representative

I have a diploma in Office Administration, and in my previous roles, I’ve gained solid experience in handling administrative tasks—everything from scheduling to data management. Although my experience isn’t in a virtual setting, I’m confident that my background in office administration has prepared me well for this transition.

I’ve completed training in calendar management and have practiced it personally, which has given me a strong foundation in organizing schedules and prioritizing tasks. While I haven’t had the chance to apply it in a professional setting yet, I’m confident in my ability to handle scheduling needs efficiently and adapt to any tools or systems you use.

I’ve been using Canva in my previous role, which gave me hands-on experience with creating visually appealing content. I still use Canva for my blogs, and I even built my current website with it, which I’m actively improving. This tool has been a great resource for both professional and personal projects, and I’m excited to bring my creativity and skills to new opportunities.

I have experience using Google Workspace for both personal and professional tasks, which has given me a strong understanding of tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. I’m confident in using these tools to manage workflows, organize documents, and collaborate effectively.

I have basic accounting knowledge and practical experience from my previous role, where I was responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and yearly reports. Since this was within a small company setup, I had the opportunity to handle various tasks, which helped me develop attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. While my experience is from a smaller scale operation, I’m confident in my ability to adapt and contribute effectively.

While I’m new to social media management, I’ve completed training in this area and am actively building my skills. Along with my formal training, I’ve gained hands-on experience managing my own social media, which has taught me a lot about content creation, engagement, and strategy. I’m eager to put these skills into practice in a professional setting, bringing creativity, strategy, and a fresh perspective to support your social media goals

My experience in the call center industry has strengthened my communication skills, particularly in English and Filipino. I’m confident in effectively conveying information, addressing concerns, and maintaining professional interactions in both languages.
