Profile Description

I studied hospitality management so I do have knowledge and training with POS (Point-of-Sale) that is commonly used to execute payments for consumer goods or services. I also had working experience with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company for almost 5 years.

I have the ability to learn what is needed within a company that I have honed while working in the customer service industry with companies like Sprint & T-Mobile (now merged).

My tasks were handling inbound/outbound calls, supporting email, order processing, and managing customer's inquiries like the products and services.
If we will get a chance to work together, I will make sure that all the assigned tasks will be completed and correct. If there will also be new roles that I need to attend, I will be interested to undergo training to explore new skills and abilities.
