Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Five years Collector Specialist.
• Responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from individuals or businesses accountable for the loans/debts.
• Determining the reason for the outstanding balance
• Keeping accurate records and generates reports on collection activities.
• Finding and contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs
• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report accounts receivable status
• Process electronic payments made from debit cards and checks
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
• Familiar with laws related to debt collection (FDCPA)
• Worked with knowledge of MS office and database
• Skilled in negotiation

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• One year and five months of customer support with Upgrade to see actual info
• Assist customers in basic navigation, account creation, ordering, and payment
• Track orders and troubleshoot any order issue (i.e. Damage, Missing)
