I’ve been in the Call Center industry for more than 10 years, with accounts in technical support, flight and hotel reservations, billing, sales, and outbound calls for a magazine subscription. Having a long experience in an industry requires not only a great amount of focus, discipline, and patience but also a special skill in quickly identifying issues and providing appropriate resolutions in a limited given time. Remote work experience includes Health Care Insurance that involves cold-calling individuals or businesses to offer them information on available plans and schedule appointments for follow-up discussions. I also have enough experience in using CRM on Inbound calling, taking orders for products like flowers as well as retail clothing brands. I am a personal assistant for an Account Executive in a PR firm using tools like Airtable and Cision. My task is generally focusing on connecting with clients and doing follow-ups for any media opportunity, booking calendar invites, tasks on Lead Generation, as well as creating Google documents and Excel files for Media Outlets within the US.
