Customer Service / Chat / Email & Phone Handling
- Handle issues and inquiries related to e-Commerce, Travel & Hospitality, and Car & Mortgage Industry.

Associate Technical Support Engineer
- Acknowledge and triage incoming iUpgrade to see actual info and service requests according to SLA. Monitor these requests through inbound calls, emails, and tickets. Perform basic troubleshooting/investigation.

Indexer/Abstractor
- Provide an abstract and the appropriate indexing terms according to client’s specifications by analyzing the content of the source material (books, poems, magazines, newspapers, etc.)

Data Entry
- Accounts processing for customers who have enrolled for the biweekly auto-loan and mortgage biweekly program, and enter the customer enrollment information in the system.

Lead Generation
- Research about company profiles and people via Linkedin and enter the data in google spreadsheet

Creating Documentation
- Assist the team in creating workflows such as Knowledge Base or Internal Wiki, and creating PowerPoint for training and on-boarding new teammates. Train newly hired teammates according to the team's standard workflow.

Appointment Setting/Calendar Management/CRM Management (ISA Tasks) - Schedule showing appointments. Respond to incoming leads from Zillow premier connection and company website leads. Nurture/Follow-up on leads through text and email campaigns. Cold calling prospect homeowners.
